About The Position
We are looking for a Founding Engineer to take co-founder-level ownership of the technical vision and help build an on-chain institutional FX hedging platform from the ground up. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in New York, USA.
Requirements
- Expert-level Rust
- Strong experience in financial, trading, or core infrastructure
- Former Founder / CTO / Founding Engineer
- Experience building and shipping with AI agents / agentic orchestration
- Comfortable working in a highly ambitious, early-stage startup environment
- Willing to relocate to NYC
- Derivatives margin & netting
- Trading infrastructure / HFT
- Clearing infrastructure
- DCO / DCM infrastructure
- Protocol security / smart contract security
- DeFi
- Kernel / Compiler / Operating Systems
- Physics engines
- Core financial infrastructure
