About The Position

Stealth AI-native security startup, Seed Practice Engineering. Own the agentic and data layers of a live AI security platform as it moves from investigation to automated remediation. About the company: AI-native security platform that unifies security and IT data into a semantic model, with agents that investigate, surface risk and act. Live with early customers. $7M seed, Series A expected pre-launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years shipping production software, with strong fundamentals.
• Experience building productized AI systems: LLMs, agents, retrieval, evals.
• Fluency in AI-driven development workflows, beyond experiments.
• Comfort across backend, data, and infrastructure.
• Bias for ownership and speed.
• Energy in collaboration.

• Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the agentic and data layers of a live AI security platform as it moves from investigation to automated remediation.
• Develop the core agentic layer: natural-language querying, reasoning pipelines, agent-driven workflows.
• Develop the semantic data model behind consistent answers across security tools and datasets.
• Perform backend, data ingestion, and infrastructure work as needed.
• Engage in rapid iteration with security teams using the product daily in production.
• Contribute to the push from investigation to automated remediation.
