About The Position

We build AI infrastructure that helps Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting (AEC) firms discover and win public contracts. We are a highly focused team of three, backed by venture funding, and experiencing exponential growth with demonstrated success with firms across the globe. Our team background combines deep industry expertise (We've all worked in AEC) with cutting-edge technology to help professional services firms win more work with less friction.

Requirements

• 3-6 years building production web applications.
• You've gone from zero to one before.
• Highly capable in both frontend and backend.
• Fluent with AI tools, and still in charge: You use them to move several times faster, but the work is very much based on your own taste & judgement.
• Self-Directed: You don't need a product manager. You can figure out what needs to be built and you execute.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the AEC industry
• Microsoft Word integrations (Office.js)

Responsibilities

• Own large pieces of the product end-to-end. You will talk to users, architect solutions, and ship code directly to production.
• Write and deploy code across our core stack (Next.js, React, Python/FastAPI).
• Optimize LLM interactions, embedding strategies, and retrieval systems for accuracy and speed.
