Hiring.Cafe is building a 100× better job search engine that is fast, comprehensive, honest, and actually useful. We index millions of jobs, remove noise, rank what matters, and help people find real opportunities without dark patterns, ads, or pay-to-win placement. We don’t believe in hype. We believe in shipping product and listening obsessively to users. In 12 months, we grew from 0 → 1 million+ monthly active users. Everything you ship goes directly to real people. We are building scalable infrastructure that transforms fragmented web data into a clean, searchable platform, web crawlers that scrape every job on earth in real-time, recommender systems that help people discover opportunities they wouldn’t have found on their own, and a product where engineering, data, and design decisions directly shape how people find their next chapter.
Requirements
- Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design
- Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems
- Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness
- Experience with Node.js and Python

- An interest in security and reverse-engineering.
