The team is building scalable infrastructure that transforms fragmented web data into a clean, searchable platform, web crawlers that scrape every job on earth, in real-time, recommender systems that help people discover opportunities they wouldn’t have found on their own, and a product where engineering, data, and design decisions directly shape how people find their next chapter.

Requirements

Technically strong with solid fundamentals in programming and systems design.
Able to learn fast and go deep on unfamiliar problems.
Obsessive about details, quality, and correctness.
Experience with Node.js and Python.
