About The Position

You will join as a founding engineer to help transform the trillion-dollar legal industry using generative AI. Working closely with the CTO, you will own the development of core product features and machine learning buildouts. This is a high-ownership, demanding role designed for engineers who want to scale a startup from the ground level.

Requirements

• Exceptional computer science fundamentals and experience training machine learning models for production use cases.
• High personal agency and a "gritty" mindset, comfortable with fast-paced, self-directed work environments.
• Ability to reason clearly about complex system failure modes and maintain high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy complex, production-ready machine learning models to automate document review and negotiation.
• Work across the full stack to deliver customer-facing features and deep technical infrastructure.
• Own end-to-end tasks with high autonomy, from initial conceptualization to deployment and iteration.
