About The Position

You will own the demand engine from the ground up for a fast-growing AI integration platform. Responsible for driving pipeline targets through both demo-driven and PLG motions, you will execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, ABM, and lifecycle channels. This role offers high visibility, working directly with the CEO to scale growth. Join a high-growth startup backed by top-tier VCs in the rapidly evolving AI agent ecosystem. Direct ownership of the demand generation strategy with significant budget and executive support to test and scale new channels. Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a proven track record of owning pipeline targets.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with modern GTM stacks, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Highly analytical mindset with experience in both sales-led and product-led growth (PLG) environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programs tied directly to measurable pipeline targets.
  • Design and launch multi-channel ABM programs and PLG growth campaigns to drive both sales-led and self-service growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to score leads, route accounts, and activate content through targeted campaigns.
