Loop is built by a world class team of entrepreneurs, operators, leaders and AI engineers from different industries, ranging from cutting edge big-tech, management consulting, investment banking among others across companies like Uber, Google, Amazon, McKinsey and others. This role is about defining how Loop communicates with its customers visually and building an AI-leveraged engine to support this at a rapid pace. Loop's products are used by tens of thousands of restaurant operators who often learn through video on their phones between shifts. The winning strategy for customer education at Loop is video-first, and the system needs to be templated and AI-leveraged to work at scale. The ideal candidate will consider the design language and clip library, the production workflow (AI-leveraged or not) for rapid video creation, and the system's ability to adapt to weekly product changes without starting from scratch. You will collaborate with agent owners, GMs, and CSMs to understand operator needs and then create templated, pipelined solutions to avoid reinventing the wheel.

Requirements

  • Experience producing product or brand video in a SaaS, consumer, or agency setting with a high quality bar and fast cadence.
  • Proven ability to build templates, systems, or design languages for video production to enable scaling.
  • Fluency in both traditional video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and modern AI-video tools (Remotion, Runway, Veo, Kling, Claude skills, etc.).
  • Understanding of when to use different tools and techniques (programmatic vs. generative video, voice cloning, editing assistants) and experience shipping with them.
  • Experience working directly with product and go-to-market teams to extract context and rapidly translate it into video content.
  • Ability to maintain quality standards under deadline pressure and resist pressure to ship subpar work.

Responsibilities

  • Define Loop's video design language, including visual style, brand voice on camera, sound, and a reusable clip library.
  • Create templates for recurring video formats such as onboarding, training, per-customer value propositions, and agent walkthroughs.
  • Develop and manage the AI-leveraged production stack, integrating templates with appropriate AI models and editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Remotion, Runway, Veo, Kling, Claude skills, Clueso) to enable video production in hours/days.
  • Translate raw context (synopses, pod owner briefs, customer call recordings) into scripts, storyboards, and finished videos, bridging the gap between educational intent and operator engagement.
  • Establish a scalable workflow for video production, including standards documentation, prompt libraries, model handoffs, and a rebuild-resistant approach to accommodate weekly product updates.
  • Produce 15-20 on-brand 60-90 second explainer videos within the first 30 days.
  • Maintain and enforce the quality bar for all video content, pushing back against off-brand or subpar work.
