About The Position

Tiger Tracks is seeking its first AI Engineer, a role focused on rapidly building and shipping production-ready AI tools. This is a contract-to-hire position with a clear path to becoming Head of AI. The ideal candidate is an AI-native builder with a strong full-stack development background, capable of turning ideas into working products within 24-48 hours. You will work directly with a co-founder to develop proprietary AI tools for internal use and client deployment, focusing on vertical specialization rather than the underlying LLM. The role emphasizes a shipping mindset and thrives in a greenfield environment, with a genuine excitement for MarTech, AdTech, or performance marketing.

Requirements

4+ years of full-stack development experience.
At least 1 year of shipping LLM-powered features in production.
Strong backend (Python, Node) and frontend (React) skills.
Proven track record integrating complex external APIs.
Top 1% with Lovable, Replit, Cursor, or Bolt.
Ability to ship a complex tool (multiple data sources, APIs, server hosting, LLM integration) in under a day, multiple times.
Comfortable moving from idea to working prototype in 24-48 hours.
Thrive in greenfield environments.
Shipping mindset: rapid prototyping over architecture debates.
Genuinely excited about MarTech, AdTech, or performance marketing.

Responsibilities

Build proprietary AI tools used internally and deployed across client accounts.
Develop landing page conversion analyzers with auto-fix capability.
Create creative analyzers for video ads.
Build vertical media buying co-pilots for Meta, Google, and TikTok APIs.
Develop an automated BD audit tool for prospect ad accounts.
Rapidly ship production-ready tools using platforms like Lovable, Cursor, Replit, or Bolt.
Turn ideas into working products in 24 to 48 hours.
