As a Founding Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. You’ll work directly with the CRO and alongside product, engineering, marketing, and delivery to drive meaningful outcomes with customers, partners, prospects, and across the Transform AI organization. You will primarily work with systems integrators — the firms running ERP and digital transformation programs who need a platform to govern, automate, and deliver them end to end. You’ll also sell directly to the enterprises running those programs. This is a build role. You will help write the playbook as we scale operations, shaping the narrative for both business and technical buyers, landing reference customers, building relationships, and setting the standard for how Transform sells. This position is Remote, reporting to the CRO.
