About The Position

The Assistant, Founder’s Office provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and project support to the Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of key priorities, supporting a fast-paced, high-profile environment that spans internal leadership, external partners, media, events, and travel. The Assistant serves as a trusted extension of the Founder’s Office, enabling focus, organization, and follow-through across all areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in fashion, luxury, media, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, tone, and DNA
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and resourceful
  • Discreet, professional, and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and effective across all levels of an organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief of Staff, Founder’s Office across all day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up notes for meetings and calls.
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across teams.
  • Ensure office supplies and operational needs for the Founder’s Office are met.
  • Assist with preparation and execution for meetings, appearances, press opportunities, events, and special projects.
  • Coordinate product orders, personal requests, and gifting logistics.
  • Provide on-site event support as needed.
  • Compile credits, summaries, and documentation for editorial, event, and recap reporting.
  • Maintain trackers to ensure organization for leadership visibility and alignment.
  • Support communication flow between the Founder’s Office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Process vendor invoices, expense tracking, and budget housekeeping.
  • Ensure timely submission, reconciliation, and follow-up on payments.
  • Liaise with internal teams and junior external contacts (press, agencies, vendors).
  • Coordinate with executive assistants and PAs across leadership teams.
