About The Position

Jade is an active infrastructure holding company that builds and operates businesses focused on trust, including credit data, identity, and risk infrastructure across Latin America, Israel, and globally. They operate in markets where trust is difficult to build and scale. Jade is looking for a high-potential, early-career operator to work directly with the founders and senior leadership team. This is a hands-on execution role for someone sharp, curious, organized, and proficient with AI tools and modern cloud workflows. The role involves turning ideas into execution, structuring initiatives, researching markets, preparing materials for meetings, and ensuring critical tasks are completed. The primary goal is to help Jade move faster and think better.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of experience, or a recent graduate.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise).
• Native user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar), using them daily.
• Naturally proactive; identifies and acts on needs without prompting.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments without a fixed playbook.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the founders and senior team on day-to-day priorities.
• Help organize priorities, sequence next steps, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Prepare briefs, decision memos, summaries, and materials for key conversations.
• Ensure tasks are completed and follow through on commitments.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for research, synthesis of information, and drafting of strategies, documents, frameworks, and analyses.
• Proactively identify and implement new tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Set the standard for AI-native work within the company.
• Support new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Transition fluidly between strategy, operations, research, and coordination.
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and clarity to complex problems.
• Identify and resolve operational friction points.
• Build simple, durable systems, workflows, and processes to enhance team effectiveness.
• Act as a force multiplier to increase the productivity of those around you.
