Founder's Associate Program
About The Position
This program is designed to accelerate growth at Jerry.ai, aiming to expand from 5 million to 50 million customers by 2030. The company has recently launched five new products, including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, car repair shop bids, and roadside assistance, each presenting unique operational challenges and scaling paths. The Founder's Associate Program seeks to fill the gap between the company's ideas and its execution capacity. Associates will work directly with and be mentored by the Cofounder/CEO, tackling high-leverage problems within the business. This role offers a unique opportunity to observe and understand a company's daily challenges during rapid growth, with exposure to all functions including product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data. The program aims to equip participants with the skills to execute big-picture strategies and navigate complex business intricacies, with successful graduates potentially becoming product leaders, growth leaders, or functional heads.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as STEM, economics, or similar
- Able to work in-person in our Palo Alto office alongside our CEO and executive team
