About The Position

Transmission Foundation Laborer 1 is an entry-level position in construction, with the primary function to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while supporting the overall project. This role involves supporting the setup and cleanup of trucks and equipment, stripping forms, and performing miscellaneous tasks. The position requires the ability to maintain equipment and tools in good working order, perform rigorous physical labor, understand the proper use and maintenance of hand tools, and follow directions. A basic knowledge of materials used in line work and an understanding of when to wear personal protective equipment are also necessary. The job requires working outdoors, often in inclement weather.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English
• Able to work for extended periods in various locations, when required
• Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs
• Willing to work overtime when requested
• Must be able to follow Company safety rules and all other Company policies
