Under general supervision, the Foundation Financial Analyst focuses on strategic financial analysis, planning & program evaluation; financial operations & compliance; process improvement & systems optimization; and stakeholder advising & fund administration. The incumbent supports financial reporting, reconciliation, fund oversight, compliance activities, and continuous enhancement of financial operations. Synthesizes complex, multi-source financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to executive leadership. Leads the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic relevance. Executes and validates complex financial reports and transactions for diverse stakeholders, integrating, reconciling, and validating data across multiple financial systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and applicable reporting standards. Interprets complex gift, grant, and funding agreements, translating technical and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders. Monitors fund activity and provides ongoing analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with restrictions, reporting requirements, and institutional policies. Performs other duties as assigned.
