Requirements

A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related field is required.
Exceptional written, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the Foundation Board of Directors, family members, media, and community leaders.
Ability to engage and connect with various audiences.
Strong organizational and strategic thinking abilities.
Motivated leader who can inspire and guide staff and volunteers.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools.

Nice To Haves

A Master's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operations, strategy, and fundraising initiatives essential to our mission-driven leadership.
Collaborate closely with the Chapter's CEO and serve on the Agency's Executive Management Team.
Develop and implement the foundation's strategic goals and objectives.
Manage fundraising operations and lead fundraising efforts.
Supervise dedicated staff and volunteers.
Ensure the distribution of funds aligns with both legal requirements and the intent of our community and donors.
Act as a key ambassador and advocate, forging strong relationships with stakeholders, grantees, donors, and the broader community to enhance nonprofit advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
