About The Position

An established and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Foundation Construction Superintendent / Manager to oversee deep foundation and heavy civil construction projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. Projects include highways, bridges, marine facilities, industrial sites, and complex foundation systems. Requirements

10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction with extensive deep foundation experience
Strong leadership experience supervising field crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, manpower, and project performance
Thorough understanding of OSHA requirements, QA/QC processes, and construction best practices
Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Heavy highway and bridge construction
Marine and industrial construction
Deep foundation systems, including: Drilled Shafts (36"–144"), Micropiles, H-Piles, Sheet Piling, Tiebacks, Cofferdams, Well Points & Dewatering Systems
Rigging and major lift planning
Welding and fabrication
Reading construction drawings, specifications, and survey data
Construction planning and work plans
Budget management, job cost tracking, and project forecasting
Material tracking, document control, and project submittals
Change order and claims management
QA/QC implementation and safety leadership
