Intercept Health is a family-owned agency serving various mental and behavioral health, substance use, and foster care needs in Virginia. Requirements

Baccalaureate degree in any field.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the field of foster care or experience in working with behavioral programs, counseling, and/or skills training.
Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, business development, or public relations, with an emphasis on developing new territories, target markets, and/or customer bases.
Former youth and foster/adoptive parents are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Recruit foster families by engaging on social media, participating in community events, and engaging with Intercept Health employees, current foster parents, community organizations, and event coordinators.
Occasionally assist Foster Family Trainers in their responsibilities when needed.
