About The Position

Average hourly rate is $23.69 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to join their dedicated team. A Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or a related field is preferred but not required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be accepted. Comprehensive training is provided to help you excel in this role. A Foster Care Worker provides support services to foster families and youth. This individual also establishes and maintains relationships with lead agencies, service providers, schools, and legal parties regarding the status, needs, and progress of the children in foster care.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human service field or a related field preferred but not required or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be accepted.
