About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Foster Care Worker to provide support services to foster families and youth. The worker establishes and maintains relationships with lead agencies, service providers, schools, and legal parties regarding the status, needs, and progress of children in foster care. The position includes comprehensive training. Hybrid work options are available to employees who reside in or around the Omaha area. The organization seeks compassionate, eager-to-learn professionals committed to helping families build on their strengths, connect with community resources, and support the growth and well-being of children and families. The stated average hourly rate is $21.83, including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in a human service field or a related field is preferred but not required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be accepted.
Complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes approximately 5–7 minutes.
