In response to this community-wide challenge, Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services (PCHAS), now operates 12 programs in 39 locations, serving nearly 4,500 children and families each year, which provide children with permanent homes and adults with increased self-sufficiency. This is accomplished by the agency’s commitment to “The PCHAS Way” which inspires the agency to be strength-focused, family-centered, and goal driven with every client. The FCCM Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Foster Care Case Management (FCCM) Team, as well as assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of all treatment, care, and the Wraparound philosophy for children and families served by the foster care program. The FCCM Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the case management of the children assigned to PCHAS for their region. The Supervisor promotes effective utilization of support services to achieve permanency for children and families. The FCCM Supervisor provides supervision for up to seven (7) Foster Care Case Managers (CMs) or six (6) CMs and a Lead Case Manager, as applicable. The Supervisor provides guidance, support, and conducts performance evaluations/appraisals of CMs and, as applicable, Lead Case Managers (LCM).
