This is a full-time, exempt salaried position for a Foster Care Licensing Social Worker. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience working with emotionally and behaviorally disturbed youths and their families. Prior experience with promotional work and the Teaching Family Model of Care is preferred. The position involves developing and supervising recruitment campaigns, maintaining positive media relations, assisting with foster parent recruitment and training, and ensuring compliance with state standards for foster home licensing. The role also requires completing visits and re-licensing packets for foster parents, maintaining updated files, and performing other related duties as assigned. The job requires a valid North Carolina driver's license, insurability, and willingness to be on-call 24 hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands advanced technical writing, treatment planning, and behavior analysis skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with professionals and foster families.
