About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Foster Care Licensing Supervisor to join our Foster Care team. The Foster Care Licensing Supervisor provides direct clinical and case management supervision to a team of case managers, licensing staff, training coordinators, administrative assistants, and/or placements staff. The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all ODJFS and Agency policies and procedures are implemented. The Supervisor may also provide direct services to foster children, foster parents, and biological parents. For decades, The Buckeye Ranch has been restoring hope and providing healing for children, youth, and families in Central Ohio. Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, or related field.
Two years of relevant experience in Child Welfare or Mental Health.
Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT.
Adoption Assessor license.
Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities
