About The Position
Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are seeking a Family Model Provider in the Greenville, SC area to provide a safe and comfortable home for an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities. This independently contracted position will provide a 24/7 family-like setting, ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs for the individual to live a high-quality life. The provider must be able to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
- Must be able to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and comfortable home for an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
- Ensure the basic physical and emotional needs of the individual.
- Establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual.
- Provide a 24/7 family-like setting for the individual.
- Be open to supervisory visits in your home.
