About The Position

We’re currently seeking a Foster Care Case Manager who is compassionate, organized, and driven by purpose to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do As a Foster Care Case Manager, you’ll support children in state custody and the families caring for them, helping move each child toward permanency, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Valid Class E Driver’s License
  • CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 14-20 children
  • Conduct regular visits with children, parents, and foster families
  • Coordinate family and sibling visitation
  • Facilitate Family Support Team (FST) meetings
  • Partner with courts, schools, therapists, and child welfare professionals
  • Attend court hearings and provide case updates
  • Connect families to community and support resources
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Transport children to appointments when needed
  • Participate in limited on-call rotations (after-hours support is compensated)
