About The Position

The Case Manager – Therapeutic Foster Care coordinates the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments for individuals served. The position oversees services provided to individuals and their families, monitors quality of care and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and helps develop quality services and engaging activities that meet individuals’ needs. The Case Manager also builds and maintains relationships with families and external case managers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
Licensure and training as required by the state, such as CPR, First Aid, and Behavioral Intervention Techniques.
Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
Commitment to quality in all aspects of the work.

Nice To Haves

One year of work-related experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injury, youth placed at-risk, or similar populations is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.
