About The Position

In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, provide AI and Agentic Search expertise, and help close deals from a technical perspective. Zoom AI Companion represents our commitment to transforming how organizations leverage AI to enhance productivity and collaboration. Agentic Search is a flagship feature of Zoom AI Companion that enables organizations to unlock the full value of their knowledge and conversations. Agentic Search connects Zoom Meetings, Team Chat, Docs, and third-party apps so employees can instantly find relevant information, conversations, decisions, and context in one experience.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting roles.
  • Need a deep understanding of Agentic Search technologies, information retrieval, and AI/ML concepts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
  • Have a proven track record of partnering with sales teams to close enterprise deals.
  • Own excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Need to have experience with AI technologies, natural language processing, or conversational AI platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to provide deep technical expertise in AI and Agentic Search capabilities.
  • Architect and design Agentic Search solutions that leverage Zoom AI Companion to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of our infrastructure, systems, and technical architecture to confidently address customer questions and concern.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept implementations with prospective customers.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating the value of Agentic Search and AI capabilities effectively to customers.
  • Educate sales teams on AI, search technologies, and technical differentiators to improve their effectiveness.
