About The Position

You are a hands‑on, client‑facing problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, customers, and product execution. As a Forward Deployment team member, you work directly with customers to deploy the Qyrus platform in real‑world environments, ensuring rapid adoption, measurable value, and successful outcomes. You act as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering, bringing solutions to life and turning feedback into impact.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (engineering, computer science, or related field preferred) with 5–8 years of relevant experience in customer‑facing, deployment, or solution‑engineering roles
  • Strong ability to work directly with customers in ambiguous environments, turning business needs into technical outcomes
  • Experience deploying or supporting SaaS platforms, ideally in QA, test automation, DevOps, or AI‑enabled products
  • Comfort working across technical and non‑technical stakeholders, from engineers to business leaders
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a bias toward action
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to get into the details to ensure customer success
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and platform improvements
  • Comfort with fast‑paced environments, changing requirements, and on‑site customer engagement
  • Candidates should be authorized to accept employment in the U.S. from any employer
  • Willing to start within four weeks of accepting an offer.

  • Experience with test automation, QA platforms, or SDLC tools
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, or enterprise deployments

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to deploy, configure, and optimize the Qyrus platform in live environments.
  • Act as a trusted technical and functional advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into effective platform implementations.
  • Drive hands‑on implementation, onboarding, and enablement, ensuring customers see value quickly and consistently.
  • Customize workflows, configurations, and use cases to align Qyrus capabilities with customer objectives and technical environments.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, escalating issues, sharing insights, and influencing feature enhancements based on real‑world usage.
  • Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and performance challenges, owning issues through resolution.
  • Conduct live demos, workshops, and training sessions to support adoption across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Capture customer feedback and success metrics, helping shape product strategy and deployment best practices.
  • Support proof‑of‑value and pilot deployments, helping prospects transition into long‑term customers.
  • Represent Qyrus on‑site and remotely, including travel to customer locations when needed.
