Forward Deployed Strategist
About The Position
Dealops is an AI-driven platform that enables flexible pricing, streamlines workflows, and boosts sales performance. The company is seeking a Forward Deployed Strategist to connect user needs, data insights, and product capabilities to help customers unlock value through Dealops. This role involves working closely with customers, particularly in the AI and fintech sectors, to design and deploy scalable solutions. The strategist will be responsible for the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to expansion, and will play a key role in shaping the product based on deployment insights.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in a client-facing role (e.g., top-tier consulting firm, account management, implementation, or product at a high-growth startup).
- Proven experience owning and delivering client or product workstreams end-to-end.
- Exceptional business intuition and ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with B2B Pricing, GTM tools, or AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Activate and onboard customers by designing and running pilots, implementations, and trainings.
- Partner with leaders (Heads of Pricing, RevOps, Product) at AI and fintech companies to expand Dealops’ footprint.
- Identify repeatable patterns from deployments, codify best practices, and shape the product to accelerate customer value realization.
