About The Position

We're partnering with a well-funded, early-stage AI startup that's helping organisations in traditional industries unlock the value of AI through custom software solutions. Working directly with enterprise customers, you'll solve complex technical challenges by designing, building and deploying AI-powered applications that have real-world impact. This is an opportunity to join a founding engineering team where you'll own projects end-to-end, work closely with customers, and help shape the future of an ambitious AI business.

Requirements

• 1-5 years' experience as a Software Engineer building customer-facing applications.
• Strong experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Exposure to LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines or machine learning applications.
• Experience building full-stack applications using modern frameworks such as React.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
• A genuine interest in AI and building innovative solutions from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade AI solutions tailored to customer workflows.
• Develop scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean and unify data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimise LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering and AI evaluations.
• Develop modern React applications and intuitive user experiences to solve customer problems.
• Partner directly with customers and implementation teams to deploy solutions into production.
• Lead technical decisions, troubleshoot complex challenges and ensure reliable production systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, product and customer teams to deliver projects on time.
