Forward Deployed Product Manager Builder (AI Agents)
About The Position
We are building a new model for enterprise software: working directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real workflows and decision-making in production within weeks—not quarters. As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will partner with customers and engineers to define and ship AI agents that operate at scale (handling real business processes and high-volume interactions). You will combine product strategy with hands-on building, actively prototyping and developing solutions alongside engineers to deliver systems that are used in production. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer delivery. This is a hands-on role. You are expected to prototype and build using AI tools and work directly with engineers on implementation—not just define requirements.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years in product or technical product roles
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, data models, integrations)
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly

- Experience with AI/LLMs and hands-on prototyping
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver high-impact AI agents with enterprise customers
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to identify critical workflows, design solutions, and ship production agents within rapid development cycles.
- Translate business problems into agent systems
- Lead discovery and define high-value, feasible agent use cases, prioritize use cases based on business value, feasibility, and potential for reuse across customers, and convert workflows into structured logic, data requirements, and technical designs that engineers can rapidly implement.
- Prototype and build solutions hands-on using AI tools
- Use tools like coding agents and AI prototyping tools to test ideas, validate approaches, and accelerate development alongside engineering
- Drive end-to-end execution and measurable outcomes
- Own delivery from discovery through adoption; ensure agents are used in real workflows and deliver clear business value
- Shape product direction through deployment insights
- Identify repeatable patterns and influence roadmap to turn customer solutions into scalable product capabilities
