About The Position

Siena is the first intelligence layer for customer experience, creating an operating system of AI agents that learn, remember, and act across every customer touchpoint. Siena transforms how businesses understand and connect with their customers by powering shopping agents, building persistent customer memory, generating actionable business insights, and creating empathetic interactions. The team is a small, distributed group focused on building something new: agents that remember, learn, and connect experiences across channels. As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, Agents, you will be embedded directly with strategic accounts, owning their deployment outcomes end-to-end and feeding insights back into the platform. Your role involves deploying agents, driving automation rates, and translating learnings into scalable product improvements. The core loop of this role is: deploy agents → drive outcomes → identify gaps → build platform improvements → repeat.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployment, or Technical Account Ownership.
  • AI-native mindset; comfortable using and building workflows with AI tools like Claude and Cursor.
  • Ability to scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations without extensive engineering support.
  • Experience understanding customer problems and defining great CX from an internal perspective.
  • Skill in diagnosing deployment issues (technical, operational, or stakeholder-driven) and prioritizing solutions.
  • Comfort advising CX leaders on organizational design, process optimization, and transformation strategy.
  • Proven ability to ship features, write documentation, run demos, and measure key metrics.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in remote work environments, with a preference for candidates in Canada or Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end-to-end, including automation rates, resolution rates, and time-to-value.
  • Deploy agents, identify progress blockers, and build platform fixes to benefit future accounts.
  • Work directly with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps.
  • Translate deployment insights into platform capabilities, shaping future product development.
  • Build and improve agent capabilities that function across various platforms like support, shopping, reviews, voice, and social media.
  • Design evaluation systems, including QA suites, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Run full launch cycles from internal testing to General Availability (GA), including customer enablement.
  • Demo products and co-sell alongside the sales team, engaging with customer communities.
