About The Position

As a Forward Deployed Engineering Intern, you will work at the cutting edge of Fintech, helping us leverage and improve Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate the customer onboarding experience. This internship sits at the intersection of Professional Services, R&D, and Customer Success. You will support our Senior Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) in deploying next-generation AI-powered systems that ensure seamless integration and fast “Time-to-Value” for our global network of customers. This is an ideal role for a student or recent graduate looking to bridge the gap between technical development and real-world business impact.

Requirements

Ability to break down complex problems and a desire to understand how enterprise software (ERP) systems work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship experience in a technical or customer-facing role.
Interest in FinTech, B2B enterprise software, or Supply Chain Finance.
Experience with data visualization tools or workflow automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Zapier, etc.).
A “Product Mindset” — an interest in not just how things work, but why they matter to the user.

Responsibilities

Direct exposure to how AI is being deployed in a massive global enterprise environment.
This role is designed as a pathway for future Product Managers, Solutions Architects, or full-time Forward Deployed Engineers.
Regular 1:1s with senior engineers and leaders across the Talent, Product, and Engineering organizations.
