Forward Deployed Engineer
About The Position
Own end-to-end execution of platform deployments for enterprise customers. Scope high-leverage workflows, configure agent behavior, validate integrations and guardrails, and drive launches from initial customer conversations through production iteration. Work directly with stakeholders in complex SAP environments and turn customer needs into repeatable platform improvements. Create and maintain agent-building artifacts, including AOPs, integration specifications, evaluation plans, and customer-facing technical documentation. Configure agent planning, tool use, retrieval, prompts, workflows, and operating procedures. Design abstractions for repeatable deployments and partner with the Platform team to implement them. FlowGen Labs builds context-aware enterprise agents that operate in customized SAP environments, using company ontology, operational data, and procedures to automate complex finance and operations workflows. The company serves Fortune 500 customers across CPG, distribution, high-tech, and oil and gas.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of enterprise platform deployments.
- Scope high-leverage customer workflows and drive launches from initial conversations through production iteration.
- Configure agent behavior across planning, tool use, retrieval, prompts, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Validate integrations and configure and validate guardrails for safe, compliant, and predictable agent operation.
- Write and maintain agent-building artifacts, including AOPs, integration specifications, evaluation plans, and customer-facing technical documentation.
- Work directly with stakeholders in complex SAP environments and translate customer needs into repeatable platform improvements.
- Design abstractions for repeatable deployments and partner with the Platform team to implement them.
- Use AI tools in development, testing, data, and support.
