About The Position
Capgemini Invent’s Data Driven Transformation team helps organizations unlock the value of data and AI investments through data-centric strategies, modern operating models, and AI-enabled solutions. The team combines expertise in Data & AI Advisory, Data Platforms & Architecture, and Applied Data Fusion, supporting clients from strategy through execution. As a Consultant, Forward Deployed Engineer, you will embed in client teams to configure and deploy AI and data solutions in live environments. The role involves building pipelines and AI components, developing Python and SQL solutions, configuring enterprise platforms, participating in client delivery cadences, and documenting work and transferring knowledge. You will work in an AI-enabled consulting environment and collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to support AI-driven solutions and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software, data, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Python and SQL skills.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry or an equivalent platform.
- Comfort working in client environments.
- Ability to explain work to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts and their application to enterprise transformation.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
- Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset regarding emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
