Requirements

Experience in systems integration, field engineering, or solutions engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one class of integration environment: Enterprise systems (SAP, WMS, ERP), industrial hardware (PLCs, sensors, bus systems), or workflow automation platforms (n8n, node-red, or similar).
Strong process thinking: ability to model operational logic, identify breakdowns, and translate them into actionable robot commands.
Clear communication in German, capable of explaining integration decisions to both facility managers and software engineers.
Driver's License B1 or above.

Experience in a logistics, industrial, or robotics context.

Responsibilities

Own the full technical integration at customer sites, including mapping processes, identifying touchpoints, and configuring triggers, decisions, and physical handshakes across systems and environments.
Deliver documented, reproducible solutions with clear run-books.
Provide ongoing support once the site is live.
Feed failure patterns back into the team's playbook.
Identify product gaps that consistently create integration work.
Build up the team's playbook with reusable patterns, preferred tooling choices, and lessons from the field.
