Requirements

  • Experience in systems integration, field engineering, or solutions engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one class of integration environment: Enterprise systems (SAP, WMS, ERP), industrial hardware (PLCs, sensors, bus systems), or workflow automation platforms (n8n, node-red, or similar).
  • Strong process thinking: ability to model operational logic, identify breakdowns, and translate them into actionable robot commands.
  • Clear communication in German, capable of explaining integration decisions to both facility managers and software engineers.
  • Driver's License B1 or above.

  • Experience in a logistics, industrial, or robotics context.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full technical integration at customer sites, including mapping processes, identifying touchpoints, and configuring triggers, decisions, and physical handshakes across systems and environments.
  • Deliver documented, reproducible solutions with clear run-books.
  • Provide ongoing support once the site is live.
  • Feed failure patterns back into the team's playbook.
  • Identify product gaps that consistently create integration work.
  • Build up the team's playbook with reusable patterns, preferred tooling choices, and lessons from the field.
