About The Position

RecruitGo is seeking Fortinet SD-WAN Engineers to support a large-scale rollout of SD-WAN solutions for a global enterprise and clients across the US. This role owns end-to-end technical delivery, including incident resolution, network uptime, and continuous performance monitoring across SD-WAN environments. If you have experience in network operations, infrastructure, security solutions, and Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiOS, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiClient, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, FortiSASE) along with NGFW or NSE certifications, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Fortinet NSE7 or FCSS SD-WAN (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven understanding of Cisco Networking (IPsec, DMVPN, etc)
  • Working knowledge of VDOM, ADOM, VRF, DNS, DHCP, TACACS+, RADIUS
  • Excellent English language and stakeholder management abilities
  • Able to multitask, work with limited supervision and remain calm under pressure
  • Team player with adaptability and quick learning ability
  • Growth mindset focused on continuous improvement
  • NOC operations with a minimum of 5 years of technical background
  • Traditional Cisco WAN and Fortinet SDWAN solution deployment and support
  • Enterprise Next-Generation Firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, etc)
  • Troubleshooting Fortinet deployments (Forti Manager, FortiGate, SASE)
  • Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS) and LAN switching (VLANs, STP, PVST)
  • ITIL-aligned change management and incident resolution

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of Fortinet SDWAN solution to 300+ branch offices across US
  • Ongoing incident ownership and resolution on Fortinet SDWAN and Cisco Route/Switch solutions across multiple clients
  • Root cause analysis and preventative recommendations
  • Escalation management and vendor coordination
  • Stakeholder communication and progress updates
  • ITIL-aligned operational practices
  • Provide regular updates on resolution progress to stakeholders and customers
  • Join troubleshooting calls during escalations and major incidents
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and recommend preventative fixes
  • Review and perform in-life change requests (MACD) following ITIL standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and third parties for complex escalations
  • Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met.
