About The Position

This position is for a Formulator on the 2nd shift at House of Tsang-CCP. The role involves various tasks related to ingredient management, production documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Must be forklift qualified or pass forklift certification test.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Able to Communicate with co-workers and Supervisor.
• Work independently.
• Must have a good attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Lift 50+ lbs periodically throughout the shift.
• Use a scale and record weights correctly.
• Follow GMP’S and HACCP regulations.
• Keep area clean.
• Perform and properly document HACCP checks.
• Conduct and properly document HAACP Direct Observations.
• Learn and use the AS400 to record and verify ingredient use and yields.
• Use the AS400 to manage inventory of ingredients and WIP items.
• Collect required samples and turn in to Quality Control.
• Record lot numbers on formula sheets.
• Identify allergens.
• Perform all reasonable work assignments.
