We are looking for a Formulations Processor I to join our Manufacturing team in Greenwood, SC. In this role, you will help prepare and process materials used in the production of high-quality capsule products. Your work will directly support safe, efficient operations and help ensure our products consistently meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including working with percentages, decimals, and fractions.
  • Ability to accurately operate precision weighing equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to document production information accurately.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a color vision (Color Hue) assessment required for the role.
  • Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
  • Regular onsite attendance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Measuring, weighing, blending, and processing raw materials according to established procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitoring manufacturing equipment and production processes to ensure operations remain safe, efficient, and within specification.
  • Identifying and responding to process changes, equipment issues, or quality concerns to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
  • Conducting routine quality checks, collecting samples, and documenting results throughout the production process.
  • Working closely with team members to support production schedules and ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate production records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company requirements.
  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe while following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Supporting other Formulations Processors and manufacturing operations as needed to meet production goals.
  • Contributing to team success by meeting expectations for safety, quality, attendance, productivity, and teamwork.
