Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing), including technical and scientific language.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical activities including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, bending, grasping, and crouching in support of formulation and production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and safely operate assigned formulation equipment, perform basic equipment maintenance, and make necessary process adjustments to support production requirements.
  • Participate in formulation line opening activities, equipment setup, and preparation of materials and components for batch processing.
  • Adhere to all written procedures, batch records, SOPs, and GMP requirements, while promptly reporting discrepancies or deviations to the Area Supervisor.
  • Accurately document formulation activities and review personal work to ensure quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Continuously monitor formulations and in-process materials for defects or inconsistencies.
  • Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance formulation efficiency, consistency, and overall production performance.
  • Assist in training and developing team members while supporting a collaborative and safe working environment.
