Within the Pharma Services Group (PSG), the High Point, NC location specializes in gelatin-based drug delivery dosage forms (softgels). Our expertise lies in the development and production of various softgel technologies. We have both Day and Night shifts available: Days: 7am-7pm - rotating 2-2-3 schedule Nights: 7pm-7am - rotating 2-2-3 schedule; w/ 10% added night shift differential

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check to include drug screening.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
No work experience required
Ability to follow complex instructions with precision.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Basic understanding of mathematical concepts and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare formulations and solutions following detailed protocols and SOPs.
Operate and maintain formulation equipment, ensuring efficient performance and safety.
Conduct in-process testing and sampling to determine product quality.
Document all activities and results in compliance with cGMP standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any formulation issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
Assist in the development and optimization of new formulations.
Engage in training sessions to remain up-to-date on standard processes and advancements in technology.
