About The Position

The Implementation Consultant will lead Product Lifecycle Management transformation initiatives, combining functional architecture, business process design, program leadership and stakeholder engagement. Rich experience in Food and Beverage PLM processes. The role provides end-to-end guidance from discovery and blueprinting through configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare, with particular emphasis on food industry processes and exposure to Formulation, Oracle Cloud PLM and food and consumer product environments. You will translate regulatory, quality, and product development needs into scalable PLM solutions across specifications, formulation/recipe management, supplier compliance, label claims, and regulatory intelligence. This role partners closely with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, and IT to deliver compliant, efficient, and data‑driven product lifecycles.

Requirements

  • 10+ years PLM implementation experience, with 5+ years in formulation.
  • Strong domain knowledge in F&B, ingredients, nutraceuticals, or cosmetics.
  • Understanding of global regulations (FDA, FSMA, EU 1169/2011, FALCPA, Prop 65).
  • Experience in integration, data migration, reporting, and workflow configuration.

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud PLM

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, blueprinting and solution-design workshops; define future-state PLM processes; recommend industry practices; and support global process harmonization.
  • Provide PLM domain expertise for Food & Beverage processes (Ingredient Mgmt, Formulation, Packaging, Artwork,etc.) leveraging extensive experience in consumer products and food industries Digital specifications, Ingredient/allergen/nutritional data models, Recipe/formulation, Labeling & claims, Regulatory rules, validations, and intelligence workflows
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, data models, integration requirements and governance frameworks for formulation and Oracle PLM Cloud and connected enterprise platforms.
  • Manage scope, resources, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies; establish governance; and coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, facilitate executive and working sessions, communicate design decisions, and support proposals, implementation estimates and transformation roadmaps.
  • Guide configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, training, deployment, adoption and hypercare while maintaining alignment with agreed business outcomes.
  • Lead discovery, fit‑gap, and solution blueprinting for formulation modules and Oracle Cloud PLM.
  • Advise on best practices and process improvements by assessing current processes and recommending optimized PLM capabilities.
  • Conduct PLM process assessments and process definition workshops.
  • Drive PLM product selection and roadmap initiatives.
  • Manage large-scale deployments and transformation programs.
  • Run agile implementation cycles and manage project plans.
  • Facilitate CRP, UAT, training, and documentation.
  • Partner with business owners to define KPIs and dashboards.
