Requirements

• Associate degree or professional certification in Healthcare, Foodservice, or a related field; or Currently pursuing an associate degree with at least 12 months of relevant experience; or Three or more years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with a calm demeanor
• Excellent customer service and willingness to investigate concerns and complaints
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Strong time management and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or a professional certification in Healthcare, Foodservice or related field OR Pursing an associate degree with twelve months of relevant experience OR 3+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise Formula and Breast Milk Preparation Operations and ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Collaborate and Coordinate with Nursing, Lactation Consultants, Dietitians and other care team members to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of Breast Milk and Formula
• Troubleshoot technical and operational problems or barriers and identify and implement solutions
• Reduce instances of safety events through continuous monitoring of orders, logs, temperatures, labels and expiration dates
• Resolve internal conflicts calmly and collaboratively
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and offers suggestions and feedback
• Ensure a safe work environment for formula room technicians
• Train and coach new and current associates on operations, policies and procedures
• Ensure position coverage for attendance events
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned depending on business needs
