This role is responsible for helping maintain inventory supply by checking stock to determine inventory levels and anticipating needed supplies. The position also participates in ongoing improvement processes to identify areas or processes that can enhance assembly and production, as well as the company’s overall responsiveness to customers. Key tasks include soldering of components, accurately measuring and mixing resin/adhesive components to specified formulas and procedures, and performing vacuum-assisted resin infusion. The Assembler will also assist in prototype builds to create and generate concepts for design and process improvement and development. A strong emphasis is placed on actively promoting a positive safety culture within the facility, encouraging proactive identification and reporting of hazards. This role may also include duties of a WL Assembler 1 and other assigned tasks.
