I&M Machine and Fabrication Corp is looking for an experienced Form Operator. Our facilities encompass a variety of machines ranging from Sheet and Tube Lasers, CNC Machining Centers, Powder Coating Lines to Deliver Trucks and everything in between needed for Custom Metal Fabrication, Precision Machining to Industrial Metal Finishing.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent attention to detail
Must be able to read measurements, i.e. tape measures, etc.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to read and understand blueprints

Responsibilities

Produce parts and tools from metal using a press brake, a computer numeric controlled (CNC) piece of equipment that makes precision bends.
Interpret blueprints or plans for the finished product.
Ensure machines are set up properly.
Produce quality products.
Inspect the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready for the next step in production.
Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend metal parts as per the job order and blueprints.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
