About The Position

Join our team as a Form Carpenter and play a vital role in the production of high-quality precast concrete molds. Requirements

Minimum of one year’s experience in the carpentry field required; two years’ experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate a variety of power tools, including but not limited to, skill saw, power drill, grinder, radial arm saw, jigsaw, and pneumatic nail gun.
Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
Working knowledge of construction-related math.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to accept and follow direction as provided by supervisors and ask questions when needed.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Build and assemble custom precast molds used in concrete production, ensuring each form adheres to precise design specifications and quality standards.
Read and interpret plans and blueprints accurately to create wood forms with close tolerances.
Select appropriate materials and utilize the correct tools to construct durable and accurate forms.
Safely operate pneumatic nail guns, hammers, measuring tapes, and other carpentry tools.
Follow all safety and environmental protocols consistently to maintain a safe work environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
Inspect completed forms for accuracy and quality before use in production.
