About The Position

The form carpenters will work on multiple tasks each day and have various skill sets as necessary. They will receive assignments from the supervisor and will need to be able to perform tasks without close supervision. Work is performed outside in all types of environmental conditions. This position performs strenuous physical activities for long periods, under varying and adverse field conditions.

Requirements

At least five years of experience in a commercial/industrial construction environment.
Ability to measure, cut, and shape materials.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk on uneven surfaces, manually manipulate, grasp, reach out and above the shoulder, climb, kneel, bend, twist, and push/pull.
Ability to work at elevated heights.

Responsibilities

Creating framework, beams, foundations, and structures on-site using wood, metal, or concrete.
Frequently use various hand and power tools with the ability to measure, cut, and shape the materials.
Work closely with your team to form and pour concrete molds.
Forming, Pouring, and Finishing concrete structures and walls.
Ensure the proper safety measures and incident reporting procedures are followed, bringing any problems to the attention of the supervisor.
