About The Position

Operate a forklift and/or hand truck in a high-volume distribution warehouse in Twin Falls, Idaho. The role focuses on safely and efficiently moving products, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders for shipment, and following quality and safety procedures. The schedule is Thursday through Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Training is provided, and overtime opportunities are available. This is a full-time temp-to-hire position paying $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Safety-first mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse experience.
Forklift license/certification or forklift experience.
Familiarity with material-handling equipment and RF scanning.
Basic math skills and inventory accuracy experience.
Strong understanding of OSHA and safe warehouse practices.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift and/or hand truck to move product safely and efficiently.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy.
Pick, wrap, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
Move materials to workstations, pick-up locations, and staging areas.
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
Inspect forklifts and material-handling equipment and complete basic maintenance checks.
Consolidate partial pallets and organize incoming goods.
Follow quality standards, customer service expectations, and warehouse procedures.
Identify and report safety hazards and follow OSHA and site safety rules.
