Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission! Leads provided from day one! Previous sales experience with heavy-duty or forklift tires is required for this position. As a Forklift Tire Sales Representative, you’ll use your expertise to grow our industrial tire and related service business, develop new B2B accounts, and strengthen existing customer relationships. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience (industrial and/or heavy duty required)
  • Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Word/Excel, and Point of Sale Systems
  • Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
  • Valid Driver's License, insurable by company standards, and ability to pass background check and drug screen
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)
  • Must have strong, organizational, and time management skills
  • Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to retain current and/or obtain new business
  • Prospect and qualify potential new customers
  • Design proposals that align with customer needs and budget
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts
  • Conduct quarterly fleet surveys and support branch operations as needed
