About The Position

This position involves operating a yard dog to position trailers and using a propane-powered industrial forklift to move products, equipment, and materials. The role requires loading and unloading trailers, placing finished goods in designated warehouse locations (including cooler/freezer), maintaining dock areas, and fueling equipment. The job is for the 2nd shift, with hours from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, and overtime may be required based on production needs. A Class A CDL is mandatory for this role.

Requirements

Must have a current Class A CDL.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
Lift 50 pounds 50-100 times during the shift.
Stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
Use hands to finger, grip, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Repetitively climb up onto and descend from shuttle vehicle.
Talk and hear.
Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
